Cody, as in Cody Rose????? RedwingsGuy80--I have been playing goalie full time now for about a year(used to play defense/goalie), I play in every division now. It does not matter what division you play in, as far as skill level. I have sucked, and I have played great. It depends on the game, day to day. If you have fun playing, that is all that matters. I've played like sh** in WINS, and again played awesome in LOSSES. Just play and have a good time. If you have to, ask other goalies that play @r-town for advice if your not sure about stuff. Thats how I picked up on some things I was doing wrong. And what's this about Main St. Pub? I'll see you game time thursday.

devo has only made 1 good call ever as a ref, late in overtime, sko brings the puck across center ice, blasts a slap shot beating the goalie high, devo hestitates, it takes everything in his power to raise his right hand ( must be lefthanded ) lol, points to the goal!!

Yeah, DeVo is good with blatantly obvious calls. It's the ones that take any sort of thinking and decision making which trouble him. When I would ref with him, I would forward him my chiropractic bills from me carrying him every single game. That was also the case when we played defense together.

Three things-
1) I am indeed the best ref at Rivertown. Hands down. No one's close. Who is second you might ask? Whoever has the supreme benefit of being my partner.
2) Sko was so jealous of my defensive abilities and my officiating genius that he had to move away. He knew he would never reach my level. Not even if there were Swiss Cake Rolls up there. I haven't spent any money on Doan's Back Pain Relief since.
3) The only reason Darren's fag Komets even have a trophy is because of my great positioning and keen eye for the game. There was no hesitation. Goal. And it did pain me. Greatly. Nevermind the fact that all the talent, and I do mean ALL THE TALENT on his team were Fury players. A first title for Darren and "just another" for Sko, Huey and Staple. The Komets never have and never will achieve the level of success that the Fury have. That is why, if you look on Rivertown schedules, there is still "Fury." Where are the Komets Darren? Still waiting on a new checkbook?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! They would never cut it. Tim wouldn't be able to slash them with his stick and Darren wouldn't be able to catch them. Plus in the locker room, Tim and Darren would be jealous that all the ladies had bigger units. Darren might be able to make enough money selling his spray tan cream to them to hire more Fury players and get another trophy. ****e.

devo, if i remember correctly, which i will never forget this, i skated by you not once but twice and scored not one but two shorthanded goals on you and "hasek" and the Fury. i believe your team pulled you from the game!!

I indeed do not remember that. Sounds pretty made up to me, kind of like Global Warming. I have only been pulled from games twice. Once when I had two penalties before playoffs to avoid being sususpended, and once when I had a broken foot (thanks, Neal) and wasn't supposed to even be skating. It seems a tragedy of that nature I would remember. Like the Kennedy assassination or 9-11. If that's how you remember it, maybe all that "insta-tan" must have finally seeped into your brain. But whatever floats your boat. I have 15 Championships, you?

i remember that game darren, that was after you blew your entire team so they would let you play. seriously though i remember that and it was HILARIOUS!!!! what was the final score of that game? i'm not sure but i know those were your teams only 2 goals and we had a few more than that. but it was nice to make fun of devo for getting worked by an old gay guy that looks like a lobster.....twice.
you are very welcome deVo for the broken foot. but in fairness to myself, you did recieve a CD with the words "sorry i broke your foot, love neal" on it. with some kick ass journey on it and ****.
global warming is indeed a real thing mr. devore it was the moon landing and the holocost that were made up, get your story straight.

For the first time in my life, I am at a loss for words. I don't remember Darren's story. But Neal's post blows my mind. I knew the Holocaust was made up, but the Moon Landing? Man, what a bummer.
